HORROR introduces terrifying paranormal entities alongside protective armor sets, occult weaponry, and antidote brewing. Supernatural survival gear includes mystical amulets represented by the Predator Amulet.

Distorted mechanical broadcast horrors include CRT-1998 with 60 health alongside CRT-1845 holding 40 health. Sinister humanoid stalkers comprise the Mysterious Man with 60 health. Haunted field guardians include the Scarecrow and Crow equipped with 60 health. Eerie sorrowful apparitions include the Crying entity holding 30 health.
